Region: Naoussa, Greece
Varietal: Xinomavro.
Tasting Notes: Medium intensity sparkling cherry-red color, almost a pinotine tinge. An elegant scent full of red fruit with a predominance of red stones, strawberries, raspberries and cranberries along with nuances of flowers and sweet pepper. Medium-bodied body, at 12.5% alcohol is quite full in the mouth, but still very lively. Longer extractions and maturation softened the wine and gave it velvety. The taste is dry, smooth tannins, earthy mineral line, excellent refreshing acidity. On the tongue cherry, strawberry, raspberry, flowers, aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
