Varietal: 59% Semillon and 41% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: A great example of how well these two varieties combine to create a lifted mouthfeel which is uniquely Margaret River. The bright lemon-citrus characters and subtle acidity of the Semillon pair well with the heady aromas and intense fruit flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc.
Aged 2 months on lees, minimally fined using isinglass and filtered for bottling. Certified organic by NASAA. 6,252 bottles produced.
