Region: Cote de Beaune, France
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of ripe plums, strawberries and walnuts, as well as burnt orange and flowers. Some meat, too. Full-bodied, layered and juicy with lots of fruit and round, powdery tannins. Flavorful finish. Needs three to four years to come together, but impressive at this young stage.
