Region: Loire Valley, France
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: The color is pale and golden. The first nose has aromas of fresh citrus, ripe orange and nice mineral notes (flint pebbles). The attack on the palate is fresh with a good amplitude. The mid-palate is supported by the minerality of flint. A fine oak tannin grain, discreet participates in the structure of the wine. The long and fresh finish offers some notes of caramel and “flint stones” typical of the flint soil.
