Tasting Notes: The wine has a beautiful bright, intense and compact ruby color, with still very lively reflections. The nose opens slowly, dominated by a red and fleshy fruit that recalls the cherries that ripen in July on the highest hills of Valpolicella, surrounded by the same aromatic herbs that emerge from the dry stone walls, to finally reveal a deep note of spices that from the black pepper leads to cloves. On the palate it is striking for the fullness of the sip that highlights power without sacrificing tension and agility. No help from sugars, tannin well present but which does not attack the palate, caresses it decisively accompanied by a fresh and vital acidity that lengthens and streamlines the sip.
