On the palate, there is a wealth of blue and black fruit flavors balanced by excellent structure and fine tannins. As a whole, Zephirine exudes complexity and refinement, and leads to a very long, satisfying finish. It will be lovely to experience as it ages over the next 8-10 years or more.
