Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa
Varietal: 100% Chenin Blanc
Tasting Notes: A light lemon yellow color characterizes the optics of the wine. On the nose, notes of white peach, ripe pear and a hint of grapefruit first appear. With a few minutes in the open air, accents of white flowers and melon are added to it, subtly underlined by nuances of ginger and lemongrass. The palate has a nice melting side and an impressive unctuous dimension. The cuvée is tight and complex, but also elegant and ethereal. This is a nice contrast that a mineral saline note, which announces a long finish.
