Region: Martinborough, New Zealand
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry, ginger snap biscuits, earth and potpourri. A bit of throb and depth here, plenty of spice and damp earth, succulence of dark cherry and cranberry crunch, tannin wide-grained and sure, assertive finish with a bit of the old ‘mineral’ feel as it goes.
