Region: Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Supple and feminine wine with a ruby colour. Elegant nose of small red berries and flowers possibly suggesting roses and spices. On the palate, the wine offers a ravishing and subtile intensity of blackurrant and raspberry aromas lingering on spicy notes. The mouth remains supple, the silky tannins contributing to its delicate finesse.
Vintage: The colours are very pretty, often very intense. The bouquet is also intense with notes of ripe red fruits. Overall the wines show a nice tannic structure. At the moment we are already noticing a very long finish; a sign of great wines.
Best enjoyed at 16°C. Drink now or cellar up to 15 years.
